Both Mid-South Chapter office and the National Service officer covering the greater Tennessee area is located at the Memphis VA Medical Center. The Mid-South Chapter office is located on the Second floor, Room 2D-100 in the Spinal Cord Injury unit. The National Service officer is located down the hall from the Chapter office in Room 2B-143.
